John Hock serves as President of Hock Development, an Augusta-based real estate company founded by Charles William Hock Jr. (“Bill Hock”) more than four decades ago. His leadership and long-term vision established the foundation on which the company continues to operate today. He remains involved as Manager Emeritus.

John joined Hock Development in 2011 and has worked across construction, property management, project management, leasing, and asset operations. Today, he is involved in the company’s day-to-day operations and the continued management and improvement of its industrial real estate portfolio.

Hock Development remains focused on responsible ownership, redevelopment, and long-term stewardship of industrial properties. The company seeks to conduct its business with integrity and fairness, guided by Christian values.
